1 TireID Unsigned Byte units one false ID of the tire to be queried. A value of zero (0) is not permitted.

Count Size: Unsigned Byte		 one false Human-readable string for describing the tire.
3 NominalTirePressure Scaled Integer
Integer Size: Unsigned Byte		 units bar false Normal operating air pressure.

Real Lower Limit: 0.0
Real Upper Limit: 10.0
4 TireCapabilities BitField
Integer Size: Unsigned Byte		 one false Bit field representing the underlying hardware capabilities. A value of one (1) means the capability is supported.
