Description:
This message enables an AEODRSDigitalVideo client to set the illuminationMode of the Illuminator specified by illuminatorID, and to specify a list of sensors (by sensor ID) associated with the Illuminator. A zero-length SensorList is sent to remove any illuminator-sensor associations.
