Description:
This message is used to turn on/off driver-assist capabilities. Note that this message may be ignored if an unsupported capability is specified. Clients are advised to first send a Query Stability Control Status message to determine the currently enabled functions before making modifications to the StabilityControlStatus bitfield.

Message Format
Field # Field Type Units Optional Interpretation
1 StabilityControlStatus BitField
Integer Size: Unsigned Short		 one false Bit field representing the desired state of the driver-assist functionality of the vehicle. A value of one (1) means the function should be enabled. A value of zero (0) means the function should be disabled.

4: FrontSuspensionLock
5: RearSuspensionLock
6: ActivePitchoverControl
